Welcome Back and Federation Day

Wow – what an exciting couple of weeks we’ve had in Class 4! It has been so lovely to welcome back all of the children into our classroom. We were all impressed by how well they all coped with either their home learning or their keyworker bubbles and we have enjoyed hearing about their experiences during lockdown. The children have returned with a great attitude to learning and have quickly settled back into the new school routines.

Last Friday was our Federation Day. Although we were not able to physically visit the Denton children this year, we all excited to see them at our joint Zoom assembly.  After our assembly, we had a thoroughly enjoyable day of art. We focused on trees and used different media, including oil pastels, watercolours and inks, to create our pictures. We think they look incredibly effective. What do you think?
