Coronation Day!

Maple Class from Denton joined Class 1 for a day of festivities! The children came into school dressed as Kings and Queens and started the day by showing off their fabulous costumes in a fashion show! The children shared facts they knew about the new King and what happens during a Coronation and then they took part in many different activities. They made and wore crowns, baked cakes, built palaces, played Pin the Crown on The King, shared stories, created large artwork and had a special picnic lunch!
