School Council

We held our school council elections this term which was very exciting and tense!  Everyone who wanted to become a representative had to write a manifesto and present it to the class.  Then every pupil in class 3 cast their vote into the ballot box.  These votes were counted and verified and one pupil from each year with the highest vote won their class election.  Congratulations to the new school council representatives!

Our School Council aims to encourage our children to:

• Develop confidence and responsibility and make the most of their abilities;
• Prepare them to play an active role as global citizens;
• Develop good relationships and respect the differences between people;
• To have a “voice” and to share their opinions and ideas with others;
