Our Class Book - Fortunately the Milk
Class 3 are loving their new book - Fortunately the Milk - by Chris Riddell.
The story is about a family where the mum has left to go on a business trip and has delegated all the household responsibilities to her husband. Their two children are home with dad and there isn’t any milk left for their cereal. Dad pops to the shop to buy some more. As the children wait with their breakfast, they wonder what could be taking their dad so long to get back. When he finally returns, he recounts an adventurous story of aliens, pirates, dinosaurs, time travel, and pretty much anything you can imagine!
