The Great Fire of London!

This term, Class 2 have been looking at The Great Fire of London as part of our Topic. We have had a wonderful time exploring why the fire started, what houses are made out of and how it affected London at the time. This week, we have been looking at the artist James Holland who painted cityscapes and landscapes. This has inspired us to have a go at creating our own landscapes of the fire in 1666. We are really looking forward to our upcoming workshop in a couple of weeks where we will engage in lots of fire-based activities. Have a look at our fabulous artwork!
