Fit, Strong & Healthy!
We have had a super afternoon investigating exercise and how it can affect our bodies. All of us do exercise without even realising it. Even when we’re playing outside on the playground, we are doing exercise! We had lots of fun exploring different exercises and creating our own routine. We also measured how many different exercises we can do in one minute. Some of us enjoyed jogging, some of us liked skipping and a few of us could even do cartwheels! We learnt that doing exercise regularly can really help our bodies. It makes our heart stronger, helps our muscles, and can even make us more flexible!
